There are several video/DVD based lessons out there, that are good for learning at convenient time, however, it is also been noticed that a section of learners still prefer an instructor-led type of sessions where they could pose the questions instantly and get them clarified. Also, the instructor would have the opportunity to assess the level of understanding that has gotten into the learners at any point of time during the instruction.
While the initial instruction being instructor-led, 121Class would still attempt to augment the learning effort with the training videos, PDFs and other handouts that could act as reference material at the time of practice by learners.
